Question about OHDSI-in-a-box data and EHDEN course

Hi Everybody,

I’m working my way through the EHDEN Academy “OMOP CDM and Stardardised Vocabularies” course here: Course: OMOP CDM and Standardised Vocabularies (ehden.eu)

I’d like to set up a local instance of the OHDSI-in-a-box data base used for the exercises.

It looks like in OHDSI in a box creates the database from a backup on S3.

Is this database available outside of AWS/S3?

Does anyone know the exact source file(s) used to create this database (it looks like it might be a mix of Synthea and DeSynPUF)?

Hi @greshje.gmail
I think they mention the source file in resource folder of course, also you can send them an email an ask them directly.
Synthea data source is available outside the AWS.

Hi - yes, as mentioned on the Academy, and on courses, please email us with queries via academy@ehden.eu.

We don’t monitor the Forums regularly for queries about our courses, as we have our own email. We can respond then to your points.

Thanks!

Thanks to @Mirko .
As @Mirko mentioned, the good old 1k SynPUF data in Version 5.4
