Why do the approved standard concepts for the note_class_concept_id field not have a domain of ‘Note%’? This is quite confusing because other standard concept_ids have domain_id = to their field/table name.
A good question. Maybe because we didn’t really standardize it recreating/combining the stuff out of different vocabularies. It’s clean LOINC yet.
BTW, why isn’t it note_concept_id rather than note_class_concept_id?
