Query Library Website - error messages

Hi,

I have been trying to get access to queries for the query library website (https://data.ohdsi.org/QueryLibrary/) and none of the SQL queries are coming up. When I click on any topic where the SQL code should be it says “ERROR: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.”

Can you confirm that there is an issue with the website please or any resolutions to getting it working again?
Thanks for your help,
Danielle

Hi, the website is still not working - hopefully, someone can help me? @lee_evans I think I saw you help someone else who was having issues last year? thanks for any help! Danielle

@dnewby I suggest you create a new github issue for the QueryLibrary shiny app in the OHDSI ShinyDeploy git repo here:

https://github.com/OHDSI/ShinyDeploy/issues

and include the below error message from the Shiny server log:

[WARNING] This document format requires a nonempty <title> element.
Defaulting to 'querylibrary-rendered.knit' as the title.
To specify a title, use 'title' in metadata or --metadata title="...".
File www/rendered.css not found in resource path
