Public ATLAS generated PLE study package parameter names different than those listed in FeatureExtraction manual?

I recently downloaded a random PLE Study package from public ATLAS to take a look at the R code that is generated.

I noticed that the parameter names created in the file cmAnalysisList.json are different than the parameter names in the FeatureExtraction manual. For example, on page 7 of the manual, all of the parameter names listed under createCovariateSettings start with “use”. In the cmAnalysisLists.json file, the “use” is missing. (useConditionOccurrenceLongTerm vs just ConditionOccurenceLongTerm).

Is this a known issue or am I missing something?
