Hi, does anyone has an advice how to map “Progression free survival status” to a standard term?

Welcome to the family.
This term is not mappable, because it is not a status, and not data, but the result of an analytic (the time from some starting point such as diagnosis, treatment to death). The patient at any point in time is in remission, progression or stable disease, and alive (dead patients don’t contribute data).
If you want to capture the dynamics of the disease you need to record that information either as Episodes or, if it is created based on a definition provided by some professional society, e.g. RECIST. The former go into the EPISODE, the latter into the MEASUREMENT table.
