Problem compiling webapi

I’m trying to compile webapi, but I’m getting a timeout on the compilation

I was thinking it was something blocking the https connection, but when accessing the uri I get a bad request, so I’m not sure error comes from this machine config or is something else in the server

any ideas?

I think the configuration is correct because we have many people running the build and they are able to download the dependencies.

I think it is a connection problem on your side, the response would be ‘bad request’ not ‘connect timed out’, so I think that there is a network issue on your build server…
