Nice paper by researchers at IBM where the authors show the building a personalized model is able to predict diabetes onset better than a global model (as long as the personalized model has > 1000 patients to learn from).

Sir, If I have data such as blood pressure(4 times every day),Glu(7 times every day),temperature,breathing rate，SPO2H and height,weight and so on of 20000 female patient .have you known some best praticse to evaluate their health condition and asses their personal health care risk
