Post therapy Clinical Classification

From the AJCC TNM there are codes for determining point of care that staging was done.
For example:
ycTNM - Post therapy Clinical Classification: Stage assigned after primary systemic and/or radiation therapy, or after neoadjuvant therapy and before planned surgery. Criteria: First therapy is systemic and/or radiation therapy.

An ideas how best to code this until this is in a vocabulary

Just use the normal TNM. The fact that it is after some other event is obvious from the fact when the other events (chemo, surgery, radiotherapy) are recorded.

Totally understood. This is an answer to the question:

(BTW: It’s a terrible code. Because it indirectly and unspecifically links to other events before and after. Such a code should not exist. So, we may map it to the normal code anyway, to avoid contradictions in the data. But that’s a conversation we should have in a few weeks.)
