The MIMIC dataset was converted to OMOP.
Besides the MIMIC dataset, the Philips eICU dataset is one of the most widely used public datasets in medical research (https://eicu-crd.mit.edu/).
Is anyone in the progress of ETL this dataset to OMOP?
Ajou university would like to start a project to ETL the eICU dataset into OMOP CDM.
Has anyone already started the above project? It would be great if we could collaborate.
