I was going over the symposium2021 showcase, and found your work
PheValuator 2.0: Changes to Improve the Performance of the Phenotype Algorithm Evaluation Tool – OHDSI.

Has the PheValuator 2.0 code been published some where ?, I cant find it in https://github.com/OHDSI/

I think i understand.
Does it mean that the work you presented, named PheValuator 2.0 has not change PheValuator code but just the settings to extract the covariates from FeatureExtracion ??
If so, have you shared the code on how you set PheValuator for this “PheValuator 2.0” study ??

Hi @Javier,
I’ve added an R script to the PheValuator package in the extras folder:
PheValuatorAcuteDiseaseScript.R. This should get you started on running the new capabilities of the tool. Please let me know if you have any questions.
