Do we share models or the model building workflow?
- Need volunteer sites to test the four models already built and the trade-offs
Need data in CDM v5
- Using Aphrodite with CMD v4 is untested
Storage of processed clinical notes
- Not standardized, so nosily labeling using text-phrases doesn’t work
Incorporating ‘Anchor’ suggestions
- Reviewing of records to accept/reject suggested Anchors is a problem.Uses of such models
- cohort building
- outcome ascertainment (adjudication in prospective cohort studies, and trials)
- clinician alerting (FIND FH example)
