Thanks so much for those that listened in on today’s OHDSI call on phenotyping endometriosis. I am putting below the link to the phenotype definition we hope to use to characterize endometriosis across different observational health databases (both claims and EHR). A first step would be for OHDSI collaborators to run this phenotype definition on their data and let us know how many subjects are selected using our definition. Thanks!
