Logic Description: First exposure of radiotherapy, excluding procedures with that are probably not related to colorectal cancer.
Recommended study application: exposure, outcome. The cohort reflect radiotherapy codes which might be used agaisnt colorectal cancer. The phenotype is intended to investigate how many patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer go on to recive radiation therapy, including a time dimension following surgery it could be possible to investigate the time to ‘return-to-intended-oncological-treatment’.
