Phenotype for Biochemical Recurrence of Prostate Cancer?

Has anybody implemented a phenotype for the biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer? We use this AUA guideline ourselves:

But I was wondering if somebody had curated standard measurement concepts that would be used as the code list.
