Hi, how many databases have mapped their data to OMOP ? the overview only says how many collaborators and how many countries but not the actual number of databases. Furthermore, while there are some Megastudies underway, does anybody know the study with the biggest number of databases published to date? @clairblacketer @Christian_Reich
Hi @tburkard this is a difficult question to answer which is why we are working to formalize the OHDSI Evidence Network. We estimate about 500 datasources around the world have been mapped to the OMOP CDM (Our Journey 2023 page 26). The largest OHDSI paper with the most data sources is @ericaVoss 's COVID AESI paper.
