At the U of Colorado we’re preparing to transform data from our Oracle HDWF integrated data warehouse to OMOP CDM v5. Does anyone have experience with this transformation, any scripts or other advice they could share. (I saw some other postings regarding Oracle but nothing specific to HDWF)
