Hi,
I’m looking for a complete open access OMOP dataset that includes the tables NOTE and SPECIMEN for the purposes of developing FHIR translator scripts.
I’ve currently found the MIMIC, Eunomia, CMS Synthetic, AWS Synthea and synpuf open access datasets. MIMIC had a specimen table, but no NOTE table.
Does this “complete” fully populated open access OMOP dataset exist?
