OPCS4 and Snomed Domain Differences

Hi,

I’m currently using the Concept Relationship table to pull through standard concepts for my non standard ICD10 diagnosis codes, and I’ve noticed that the domain on standard snomed concept doesn’t match the non standard ICD10 domain, see example below:

Should I be pushing these cohorts into Condition_Occurrence or Observation?

Data live in the CDM domain (aka table or field) of the standard concept. For your example, you would create a cohort from OBSERVATION.observation_concept_id = 44790233
