Our Oncology ETL OnRamp is officially out: ETL OnRamp
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback and helped make it better.
This is now the main reference for mapping oncology data to OMOP. It captures the current conventions and best practices and should be used by anyone working on oncology ETL or reviewing how oncology data are represented in OMOP. We will keep updating the document as the conventions evolve and as new topics are added.
If something is unclear, just ping us in the Oncology WG channel on Teams or email us at oncology@ohdsi.org.
