No. The spirit of this is to allow OHDSI-research, that is, standardized and systematic analytics of populations based on the OMOP CDM.
Individual concepts can be freely spread even under the standard license. The problem is distribution of large swaths of concepts or the whole thing. That is only allowed in OHDSI-Tools, i.e. Atlas and Athena or whatever else might show up on our Github.
So, go ahead and make your charts. Snomed is our friend.
