OMOP CDM Playground and HADES Tutorials in the Browser

I’ve put together an OMOP CDM playground you can run in the browser using the Eunomia Gibleed dataset. I initially shared the concept in an earlier post, but have since cleaned it up a bit. There are still a few issues I’m working through, but I haven’t had as much time to dedicate to it lately.

Additionally, I created some HADES tutorials on a separate site. It’s still a work in progress, but I thought it might be helpful.

Here are the links:

Just thought I’d share in case anyone finds it useful or interesting.

Hi @mccullen_j,

Currently every user can drop table or delete data or etc.
I guess you need to limit user rights. I have dropped the cdm_source table, sorry

Thanks,
Anton

It will not impact anyone else, and you can get your table back by just refreshing the page. The sqlite database is sent from the server to your browser, so anything you do will only impact your local copy, and you will get a new one after you refresh the page.
