Hello OHDSI Community,
I am a PhD fellow in Data Science and my research has a component of using OMOP CDM for GIS (Mapping data), DHIS2 and Go.data (An outbreak management tool) as they are my main data sources. I am very new to OHDSI and the tools as well. I have tried to check online for OMOP in the tools stated above but I haven’t got any lead information.
Has anyone worked on a project mapping OMOP CDM with the tools/data types mentioned above? I would appreciate any links to articles or websites or work with any experts to understand the process.
Thank you

Hi @Magoba_Bridget and welcome to the forums!
To speak to the OHDSI tooling, the OMOP CDM, and GIS data, we actually have the OHDSI GIS workgroup that I am part of. You can join a workgroup here by hovering over the workgroups tab and clicking “join workgroups”: https://www.ohdsi.org
The big focus of OHDSI GIS recently has been around Gaia and the GIS Project dashboard here: GIS Project Management · GitHub I’ve been participating more on the methodology development but it sounds like your use needs cross cut so many exciting areas of work!
@Jared @rtmill are the leaders of the workgroup, but hope to see you around the OHDSI GIS teams channel! Hope this helps somewhat!
Yours,

P.S. I saw this a few days ago and meant to respond sooner – sorry for the delay!
