Hi everyone,
the research study “Large-scale modeling of patients with thyroid conditions” I presented on the last OHDSI call is now live on Wiki. GitHub repository with code is coming within the next week.
The goal of the study is to characterise the non-cancerous thyroid disorder population and identify and characterise sources of variation within treatment pathways for thyroid conditions.
A big thanks once again to Frank and Jill for being just so amazing in guiding the creation of this research protocol and, of course, to everyone who contributed with their suggestions during the OHDSI calls.
We’re in debt to the three wonderful clinicians who agreed to contribute their knowledge and time to guide this study - located on both coasts of USA and in Switzerland.
