Dear OHDIS collaborators,
We would like to formally invite any interested site to join our study examining oral
antibiotic therapy of acne around the world. The protocol has been updated and a link to the protocol is here:

We currently have several of the major OHDSI collaborators on board, however since we are attempting a global map of oral antibiotic use for acne we want to include as many collaborators as possible. We will will continue to finalize the protocol based on community input and continued analytic specifications.

Our project has now been rebooted and we plan on moving forward with data collection. We would be pleased for you to join us and answer any questions!

(But I’m not sure that we have enough data for the patients with acne.)

We are in the process of building our cohort studying antibiotic use for acne and were hoping that you might be able to take a look at the cohort definition (titled “Antibiotics for acne”) and let us know any suggestions for improvement/refinement.
