I have started a page on the wiki regarding the OHDSI Knowledge / Phenotype Library. There are of course several WGs doing phenotype related activities (APHRODITE, CIRCE, ATLAS / HERMES, LAERTES, PENELOPE). But the library has several standalone requirements I wanted to document (some of which I’ve cribbed from PheKB :slight_smile: ).

This would be wonderful. I am looking for concept sets, clinical facts and phenotypes that have already been proposed or are validated. Do you know if there has been work done on this?

Concept Sets (e.g., concept codes meaning Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL))
Clinical Facts (e.g., Elevated Cholesterol (e.g. [LDL Concepts] > 130 OR [Total Chol Concepts] > 200)
Phenotypes (e.g., Patients with Hyperlipidemia)
