OHDSI Installation - Where to start?

Hello Everyone,

Can you please direct me to a place where I can find the list of apps that has to be installed in sequence to get the OHDSI ecosystem up and running?

I have downloaded the required files from github but not sure where to start.

I am trying to implement in my desktop and am quite lost as I am finding difficult to understand the architecture and not sure where to start?

Basically I am trying to learn how to install OHDSI apps in my desktop and start doing the analysis?

Should I follow the below sequence? I have data in postgresql db.

  1. WebAPI
  2. ATLAS
  3. ACHILLES
  4. OHDSI R Packages

Is there any document that lists this procedure ?

You need to follow the below sequence:

  1. WebAPI
  2. OHDSI R Packages
  3. Achilles
  4. Atlas

Ensure to have the data present in OMOP CDM before proceeding with the set up.
