Hi all, please I am learning OMOP CDM using EHDEN tutorials and I want to use OHDSI-in-a-Box.
I want to know if I have to pay for AWS while using OHDSI-in-a-Box

In general, yes you would need to pay for the resources used by AWS. OHDSI-in-a-Box may also need some tweaking to get working. Unless there is an operational need, I would suggest running a local instance of Broadsea, which uses Docker.
