Hi Maura,

it was great to be on the call today, thank you and Patrick and Christian
for encouraging me to just hop right in.
the roster of participants is so impressive and well versed that I for sure
it would take time for me to understand what was going on, but both I
understood it all right away and related to it given our work. wonderful.

I did have a question regarding the NIH grant listed below, it seems to be
Exactly aligned with what I am doing. Is there anyone in the OHDSI network
whose work is already related to this?

Utilizing Health Information Technology to Scale and Spread Successful
Practice Models Using Patient-reported Outcomes (R18)

Submission Deadline - June 5th

Thank you!
Bernadette

@bernadette.c.oconnel Thanks for joining us today! The grants listed here are an announcement of upcoming deadlines that might be relevant for the community. I’m not aware of any collaborators working on that specific NIH grant, but I would encourage you to start a new thread specifically asking who’s working on a submission and see if anyone raises their hands.

Thanks everyone for joining today’s community call and special thanks to Barnett Chiu for presenting his work on EHR-Based Phenotyping: Bulk Learning and Evaluation.

Barnett’s slides have been uploaded here: https://www.ohdsi.org/resources/presentations/community-meeting-presentations/

A recording of today’s call is available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3MHvw659x1kTkRoa2xqX1FIbkE/view?usp=sharing

@bernadette.c.oconnel:

What are you trying to do in your application? Detecting infections, measuring the effectiveness of interventions, or checking compliance with existing guidelines?

(Probably better to open a new Forum posting for this, @bernadette.c.oconnel).
