We just committed to GitHub the full implementation of the ETL-CMS project which provides code to produce a public synthetic OMOP CDMv5 dataset of 2.33M patients based on the CMS DE-SynPUF data. We also intend to upload this data in a suitable repository. People have been wanting a dataset of this type for a long time. It should serve as a testbed for methods, can be used for the OHDSI 2016 Symposium tutorials, and enable people to run the OHDSI tools without needing to have their own individual-level patient record data. I’d be happy to present something about this in a forthcoming meeting.
Next week I’d like to upload. Is there space on ftp.ohdsi.org? The plan is to prepare a complete set (about 2.33M patients) as well as a 5% subset of the first 1/20th of the data, and then a set of about 10k patients.
Yes. But the Domain record isn’t set yet, so you cannot see it right now. Also, you have no upload rights. I’ll give you my credentials. Anonymous can only download.
