Hi, I just looked up “ribociclib” in Athena, but surprisingly returned no 11-digit NDC. I was pretty sure the NDCs are in the database because when you search individual NDCs (eg, 00078086001), it’d return the record.
So, here is what I noticed that may be related to how the search placeholder is set up: When you search “(ribociclib” with the starting parenthesis, it will give you all the NDC records. The reason is “ribociclib” has the left boundary of “(” in all code names. Somehow, it will not return the correct records if the boundary is not included.
It would be great if it can be fixed asap! Thanks!
