How many CDM databases are available across the OHDSI network?
@Queenie: OHDSI is an open network. There is no centralized command and control. Anybody can download what’s needed from ohds.org, set up an OMOP CDM database, and not tell anybody. So, we don’t really know, but it is probably getting close to a 100.
Hi @Queenie, the last survey of the community was in 2018, and those who self-reported their participation are listed here: http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=resources:2018_data_network. As of this point, The OHDSI community had partipants with ~100 databases from >20 countries covering, in aggregate, >1 billion patient records.
