trying to understand how the NOTE, NOTE_NLP tables work but I don’t understand what is really note_source_value.
On the cdm website, it is stated that it is “The source value mapped to the NOTE_CLASS_CONCEPT_ID.”
On the git and in the pdf, it is “The source value associated with the origin of the note”. It looks like the source value of the note_type_concept_id.
in a quite old message on the forum, I found a suggestion to store the note title in this field.
It is a little bit confusing. Am I missing something?
