Not receiving email containing download link from ATHENA

Hello,

I tried three times today to obtain a copy of the vocabulary content. However I did not receive any emails. The email address I used was vimala.jacob@mq.edu.au

Yes, you did, Vimala. The zip files are all there. Try the junk folder.

I have checked the junk folder and there is no email from ATHENA.

This happens for some people. The Athena notifications are routinely marked as phishing attempts, and email servers sometimes remove them altogether. Talk to your IT folks to put ohdsi.org and 91.225.130.47 on a white list.
