Not found a snomed code in SNOMED-CT browser

Dear all,

I was looking up an OMOP code and a SNOMED-CT code for ‘predominantly cortical dementia’ in Athena.

The concept id and concept code are 35610098 and 1089521000000106, respectively in Athena.

The problem is I can not find the concept code, 1089521000000106, in the SNOMED-CT browser.

I think that maybe Athena or SNOMED-CT browser is incorrect.

Could anyone explain the reason why?

It seems like it’s a code from a national extension, and maybe it doesn’t have a mapping to omop vocabulary
