Dear collegues,
I am triyng to undestand the NOTE_NLP table but on teìhe website I found this respose:

**THIS IS OUTDATED. All documentation is now on the github wiki.

In the guitab page I found:
Thank you for visiting the wiki! All documentation has now moved to OMOP Common Data Model.

I am not able to find a clear explanation for this table.

Here is the specific link to the Note NLP table for CDM v5.4. You can toggle to the different versions of the CDM by clicking on the “conventions” button at the top of the page you linked.
