This is a News on CDM research funds in Korea, but application is limited to citizens.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea has publicly announced an advanced notice of RFPs on CDM research funds totaling $20M (tentative) for four year project, starting in 2019.
There are two major fields as follows.

CDM protocol and quality improvement

Research on public use such as medical policy, medical technology through CDM

Each project will be supported total of $0.5M for 3 years, ($0.15M in the first year) by government.
In addition, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of Korea is expected to announce research funds for development of business models using CDM on the FEEDER-NET. Each project will be supported up to $15M. Total of $7M research funds are expected to be provided for the development of BM.
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of Korea also will support another total of $10M funds for the next 4 years to sophisticate the FEEDER-NET and to help more hospitals to convert their data into CDM.
