New OHDSI content delivery network (CDN) capability

As requested by @Frank , I have now made an OHDSI content delivery network (CDN) capability available. It is based on AWS cloudfront and an S3 bucket. The URL is http://cdn.ohdsi.org

Here is an example test file:
http://cdn.ohdsi.org/ohdsicdntest.js

We can discuss how best to leverage this capability in the next scheduled OHDSI Architecture work group call.

For now, if anyone would like files uploaded to the OHDSI CDN you can send them to me (as an email attachment, or point me to the github file(s) etc).

Excellent. I have long been grateful for google’s CDN for jquery stuff. @Frank, can you give some sense of the types of items you were thinking about for the CDN?

ps. I typed CDM every single time there.
