New LOINC codes

Hi Christian and team–

There are two LOINC codes (79893-4 [Intraocular pressure Left eye] and 79892-6 [Intraocular pressure Right eye]) introduced in November 2015 and not yet mapped to OMOP concept IDs. (There is a concept for Intraocular Pressure (non-specific), but we need to retain the left/right eye information for our data.)

Can these be easily added as new concepts to the vocabulary, or should we create our own concepts to use as a placeholder until the next update? Is there anything I can do to help facilitate adding these to the vocabulary?

Shortly. Days. I can never give an exact day, because the vocabularies have the tendency to make sudden changes or cause sudden problems we then need to fix.

We have some special survey questions and answers from FOCUS for cardiac care. How could we add these to the exisiting vocabulary process?
