Hi, I’m trying to find out the best concept for the Gleason score in the measurement domain. However, I was surprised to see that there exist many similar standard concepts that are all labeled as Gleason scores. The vocabulary includes LOINC, NAACCR, Cancer Modifier, SNOMED… see part of them below.
I was under the impression that standard concepts are unique, so all those Gleason-related concepts should be different in some way. Can anyone help me with the differences between those concepts? Thank you!
