Hi, we are a centralized coordinating center that has 10 sites that submit data to us. We run Atlas against a combined version of all 10 sites data.
There is a desire to be able to stratify results by site so investigators looking to run a feasibility query can determine how many patients would be represented at each site.
We are adding information to the observation table with a costume concept_id that represents each site so the cohorts creation can be drilled down to various sites.
Once the cohort is created we are wanting to add this same ability to the report generation feature specifically the person report. Is this a feasible request? Would it just involve editing the report scripts? What scripts would need to be edited?
