Missing RxNorm codes

The following RxNorm codes are in our source data and the RxNav API. However, I didn’t find a matching concept_code for them.

RUCAPARIB 300 MG TABLET 1862578
CRISABOROLE 2 % TOPICAL OINTMENT 1865957
RUCAPARIB 200 MG TABLET 1862593

1862578 and 1862593 are in. 1865957 is in the upcoming release.

@MPhilofsky:

BTW: 1718849 “rucaparib camsylate” 1862578 is not a Standard Concept. it’s a so-called “Precise Ingredient”. The Ingredient that you will need to pull data is 1718850 “rucaparib” 1862579.

Thanks for the help, @Christian_Reich ! I wonder why our source gives the clinical drug form as the source name, but has the precise ingredient RxNorm code?!? Even more perplexing is why our OHDSI vocabulary/Concept table doesn’t have these two RxNorm codes.

@anoop.yamsani any idea?

I know. RxNorm does it. It gives the precise ingredient in the drug name, but links to the “imprecise” one. In reality it doesn’t matter. The main (“imprecise”) ingredient has a one-to-one, and rarely a one-to-many relationship to the precise ones.

Probably because you haven’t downloaded the vocabulary in ages, and now your version is old as dirt. :smile:

Old as dirt. No need to exaggerate :smile:

How do I get on the notification list when vocabularies are updated?
