Missing NDC, ICD9 and ICD10 from vocab 4.5 download

I downloaded vocabulary 4.5 from Athena web site (12/17/2015). Missing concepts for NDC, ICD9 and ICD10 even though these vocabularies where checked off.

Please disregard I always forget that items mapped to but not used in CDM are not concepts in Vocabulary 4.5. Will check source to concept map to see if I have these mappings.

Move on to V5.0, man. It is so much easier to handle.
