Missing full protocol for Treatment Pathways paper

Hi folks - my team is looking to download the full protocol document for the Treatment Pathways paper (http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=research:treatment_pathways_in_chronic_disease). However, the Dropbox link is dead (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/505070/OHDSI%20treatment%20patterns%2030nov2014.docx).

Is anyone able to share this document? (cc: @jduke @hripcsa @schuemie @nigam) Looking to identify the concepts included for depression.

you can also try the SQL https://github.com/OHDSI/StudyProtocols/blob/master/Study%201%20-%20Treatment%20Pathways/R%20Version/TxPath%20parameterized.sql#L44

Sorry about that! We found a version of the protocol and have uploaded it here.

I propose a new rule: protocols need to be uploaded as part of their GitHub repository so we have full traceability (and are less likely to lose them)

@gregk:

Can you guys work with Martijn so we can have a standard study representation in Github, so Arachne could pick it up smoothly? We don’t want to have studies floating all over the place.

Yes, absolutely - will reach out to Martijn amd Vojtech in January to brainstorm. i would even suggest that this is exactly what ARACHNE was created for and things like study protocols and other study supporting documentation should be stored in ARACHNE to start with (not in GitHub).

Again, GitHub is a code repository, used to manage code throughout the development process. You could use it to manage documents e.g. simulate what content management systems do. But as soon as a final document (or code) is ready for publishing to the world for the purpose of conducting study - create a study in ARACHNE and upload it there.
