MESH Craniofacial Abnormalities (D019465)

Hi, Wondering if folks might know what MESH Craniofacial Abnormalities (D019465) is missing from the vocab while Craniofacial Dysostosis (D003394) is in? Interestingly, the NDF-RT Craniofacial Abnormalities concept (N0000003927) is in the vocab. Looking at the UMLS (2015AB) I see both concepts. Maybe the MESH concept dropped from 2016AB? It seems unlikely since it is being served by the lates RDF data provided by NLM (https://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/D019465.html)

The reason is that we don’t import the entire MeSH, but only those which have a mapping to SNOMED, CPT4 etc, so they can be used with the Standardized Vocabularies. Otherwise it would blow it up unnecessarily with all these unmapped zombies. And D019465 has no such mapping (only to NDFRT).
