Just curious, has anyone done Mendelian Randomization studies with OMOP CDM data + genomic data? Would there be interest in an R package for standardized, federated MR studies? I’m interested in the method but I also know most CDMs don’t yet have genomic data. Maybe some CDMs do though like UK biobank and All of Us. Let me know if you’ve worked on this, what the challenges are, and if you’d be interested in collaborating on something.
