Am trying to map the marital status values to OMOP CDM standard.
When I search for terms such as Single, Married, Divorced, Separated etc, I see at least two entries with exact match. One result is from SNOMED vocab with clinical finding class and other is with LOINC vocab with Answer class. You can see here
How do I decide which one to choose and how choosing one or the other will impact the results (when we participate in network studies)?
Similar confusion for None, NA, etc. Should I always pick observation domain?
Can guide us with this?
