약물 mapping 관련 문의드립니다

안녕하세요. 삼성서울병원 연구원 송원형입니다.
현재 약물 mapping 진행 중인데 injection과 injectable solution의 차이에 대해 궁금해서요!

예를 들어 RxNorm에서 아바스틴 주 100mg/4ml 라는 약물을 성분명으로
검색 시 아래와 같이 두 가지가 검색되는데

1 ML bevacizumab 25 MG/ML Injectable Solution
1 ML bevacizumab 25 MG/ML Injection

둘 중 어느것으로 매핑을 해야할지 애매해서요 ㅠㅠ

과거 RxNorm Release Note을 참고하시면 문의 주신 내용에 대해 자세하게 설명되어 있습니다.

Currently, single-use and multi-use injectable solutions and suspensions have their strengths expressed as a concentration, such as milligrams per milliliter (MG/ML). For single-use solutions and suspensions, we will begin expressing the total quantity of medication rather than the concentration. The dose form for these products will be ‘Injection’. For example, a 500 MG single-use vial of ceftazidime will have ‘Ceftazidime 500 MG Injection’ as a normalized name.

매핑하실 약물이 일회용일 경우 후자, 다회용일 경우 전자로 매핑하시면 될 것 같습니다.
