Mapping to Standard Concepts

Hi,

We recently loaded problems from an EHR into the condition occurrence table. We were able to map most of the codes to standard concepts. However, we were not able to map some codes in the condition domain to a standard concept via the “Maps to” relationship. We had 98 unmapped concepts.

Is there a methodology to how we map these concepts, i.e. use “Is a” then “Maps to”? Here is a link of the concepts that we could not map to a standard vocabulary.

Yes, these are missing a valid map. Some of them are really missing (need manual mapping), the others are upgraded and the mechanism hasn’t auto-linked them. This might have happened for concepts before that mechanism was in place. We will fix the former (slowly) and the latter (quickly, with next release).
