I think we are looking for anything. I understand your concern - there are so many versions of FHIR and extended OMOP CDMs. But when I have nothing - anything helps.

Thank you @Sanjay_Udoshi . Do you know which of the many OmopOnFHIR repositories deal with mapping FHIR to OMOP?
Do you know of any implementations of doing FHIR to OMOP mapping using SQL (from BigQuery FHIR views)?

Hello @opatterson, we have implemented an ETL process which transforms FHIR to OMOP for German clinical data. The source code (Java and partial SQL) and the documentation can be found here: https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-German-FHIR-Core

@opatterson - I am in the process of digging through these repos myself. The link I posted above seems to have the currently available transformations, but I haven’t tested them yet. Let’s stay in touch via this post/thread and share our findings!
