We work with lot of eCRF data that requires mapping to OMOP concepts. As a part of those Questionnaires we receive data whether a participant have a particular condition or not? And if the answer is yes, then asking for the etiology of those conditions. Storing etiology in the condition table creates multiple breakdown of those records … what’s the best way to store etiology of conditions in omop model?
